Overview
Documentation is the last thing a technician wants at the end of a long day, and it shows: thin notes, work orders that sit open, and a manager chasing details a week later. The Post-Work Documentation Agent builds the record from what is already there, the steps the technician followed plus whatever they add by typing or dictating, and fills the four fields the work order needs: as-found condition, root cause, corrective action, and post-repair verification. The technician confirms a record instead of composing one, and it writes back with nothing typed twice.
Capabilities
Build the work order from steps already followed
Uses the resolution pathway steps the technician completed as the foundation of the record, so nothing is re-entered.
Capture the rest by typing or dictation on site
The technician adds anything the steps did not capture by typing or dictating in their own words before leaving the job.
Organize everything into the four required work order fields
As-found condition, root cause, corrective action, and post-repair verification are organized and structured automatically.
Close the work order at the job, not a week later
Missing details are flagged while the technician is still on site. The record joins the asset history for the next technician on that serial number.

Agent workflow
1. Technician works the job through Pathways
Each step followed and each answer given is captured as they go.
2. Technician adds the rest on site
Typed or dictated in their own words, before they leave the job.
3. Everything organized into the work order fields
As-found condition, root cause, corrective action, and post-repair verification are structured automatically.
4. Missing details flagged before the visit closes
Gaps surface while the technician is still there, not a week later.
5. Record written back and added to the asset history
The work order closes with no retyping, and the next technician on that serial number sees what was found and what fixed it.
