Overview
Most service organizations have two or three engineers who can read logs fluently. When those engineers are busy, the queue backs up. The Root Cause Log Diagnosis Agent accepts device and system logs in any native format, parses and sequences the event stream, and correlates anomalies against fault codes and firmware versions. The probable root cause is proposed with supporting evidence, and ranked resolution steps are written back to the case. The loop closes without an engineer in the middle.
