I'm proud to share that Neuron7 has been recognized as the Best Overall Solution at the Service Council Technology Showcase for the second consecutive year.

This recognition means a great deal to our team. We've spent years working closely with service organizations to understand their challenges and build AI that makes a meaningful difference in how they operate. Having that work recognized by service industry leaders two years in a row reinforces our belief in what we're building and why it matters.

Why we're building AI differently for service

Over the past few years, we've seen organizations adopt AI at an incredible pace. While the technology continues to advance, we've also seen the challenges that come with rapid adoption, particularly growing agent sprawl and the difficulty of getting accurate, reliable answers from disconnected AI tools.

Service organizations face some unique challenges in this area. They have decades of knowledge spread across case histories, technical manuals, product documentation, and the expertise of experienced engineers and technicians. When AI agents operate independently with limited access to that knowledge, the result can be inconsistent answers, unnecessary complexity, and employees struggling to find the information they need.

We've seen examples where a general-purpose AI tool can explain how to repair equipment but doesn't account for the specific safety procedures a technician needs to follow before making the repair. The technical answer might be correct, but without understanding the organization's processes and requirements, it can still lead to the wrong outcome.

These are exactly the challenges we're working to solve at Neuron7. Our intelligent service agents bring together an organization's service knowledge, processes, and expertise into a shared intelligence layer that provides more accurate, context-aware recommendations. Rather than adding more disconnected agents, we're focused on helping service teams access coordinated intelligence directly within the platforms and workflows they already use.

We're also building this intelligence to grow with the business. As organizations introduce new products, resolve issues, and develop new expertise, our intelligent service agents continue learning alongside them. This helps preserve years of institutional knowledge, accelerate knowledge transfer to newer employees, and make AI more valuable over time.

Real outcomes for service organizations and their employees

The results we're seeing from customers are what make this work especially rewarding. Neuron7 customers have achieved 90%+ accuracy and 4X ROI, demonstrating what's possible when AI understands the business and has access to the right service context.

At Keysight, master engineers use Neuron7 to continuously improve the intelligence used to diagnose complex equipment issues, achieving approximately 90% accuracy while delivering answers directly within existing Salesforce workflows. TransLogic has achieved 96% resolution accuracy and reduced troubleshooting from three hours to three seconds. TK Elevator has seen a 28% reduction in inbound service calls, while helping technicians access service knowledge directly in the field.

Beyond these results, one of the things I'm most proud of is the feedback we're hearing from employees. There's a lot of discussion about AI replacing jobs, but our focus has always been on helping service employees become more effective in the work they do.

At TK Elevator, Thomas Shanks, Director of Operations, shared that one of the most meaningful pieces of feedback from technicians was simply, "You've made my life easier." That's the kind of feedback that motivates our team. We want employees to embrace AI because it genuinely helps them find answers faster, build confidence, and spend more time solving problems for customers.

Looking ahead

‍Winning this award for the second consecutive year is an important milestone, and I'm grateful to the Service Council for recognizing our work. I also want to thank our customers, whose expertise and feedback continue to shape what we're building, and the entire Neuron7 team for their commitment to solving complex service challenges.

I believe we're still in the early stages of what agentic AI can accomplish for service organizations. As the technology evolves, we'll continue focusing on helping businesses improve resolution accuracy, preserve valuable knowledge, empower employees, and deliver better customer outcomes.

I'm proud of what we've accomplished together and excited about what's ahead.
